Return Policy


We have a customer-friendly policy. If the goods were defective, or the item received was not in accordance with the order  we will gladly exchange the product (no re-stocking fee charged). If the item you require is out of stock at the time of the return we will refund your purchase. All crafted leather goods can be returned if the item arrives defective or damaged. We are not able to refund or exchange crafted goods from mistakes not our own. All claims should be submitted within 14 days from delivery. We will pay for return shipping only in the case that we made an error on your order.



Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Damages or shortages must be reported to LARPERS LOUNGE within 14  business days. Please use our contact page to reach out to us. For damages, we ship all packages insured. If you receive an item damaged, you need to notify us immediately so we can start the claim process. Save the damaged item(s) and packaging, UPS will need to pick up the damaged package to complete the claim so we can re-send your order out. Claims can take 1-2 weeks for processing. Damaged or defective items result in replacement only, unless the item is out of stock for a long period of time.
